They’ve accredited us under the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 17025:2017 general requirements, which outline the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 specifies the requirements for our laboratory’s quality management system, personnel, infrastructure, equipment and calibration, and testing and measurement services. The standard requires us to have a quality management system in place, have trained and competent personnel, use appropriate equipment and facilities, and follow proper procedures and protocols.
